Scott joined the Beechwood team as Community Co-ordinator in April 2003. He previously worked for co-ops in Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo and Ottawa and also serves as an instructor and consultant for the Central Ontario Co-operative Housing Federation. He is a past President of Ontario Council for the Co-operative Housing Federation of Canada and the past President of the Co-operative Staff Association of Central Ontario. Scott and his family live in Kitchener.

Rhonda-Lee Merkley began working at Beechwood as an Administrative Assistant in January 2010.

Office Location

The Beechwood Co-op office is located in the community centre at 693 Beechwood Drive. Enter through the glass double doors and turn right. Visitor parking is located on either side of the community centre building and at the entrance to the complex.

The office hours are from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Mondays to Thursdays, and 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Fridays. The office is closed for the weekend.

A secure office mailbox is also available for after-hours drop off, located in the front lobby of the community centre.

Various information pamphlets and brochures are also available in the community centre resource centre.

The Community Centre also features a computer room for member use and a book exchange. The large community centre room includes washrooms and a kitchen. This large room can be booked by members only for private events. Certain restrictions apply.
